Renewed twice, zero drama

4410 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ

Three years, two renewals, and I genuinely have nothing to complain about. Pool pump died, fixed in two days. Scorpion got in once (it's Phoenix, it happens) and she had pest control out the same week and sealed the door frames. Deposit from my previous unit with her came back whole. This is what a landlord is supposed to be.
