Best landlord I've ever had

1907 E 6th St, Austin, TX

The AC died on a Saturday in August — 104 degrees outside. Rosa answered on the second ring, had a portable unit dropped off within three hours, and a full replacement installed Monday. Full deposit back in two weeks. She treats the houses like she plans to own them for 30 years, because she does. If a Delgado Homes unit opens up, take it.
